नालासोपारा की एक नाबालिग को उसके दोस्त द्वारा कथित रूप से छेड़छाड़ और पिटाई के बाद उसके यौन उत्पीड़न के बारे में रविवार रात ८.४५ बजे बताया गया। १४ साल की लड़की और आरोपी एक ही बिल्डिंग में रहते हैं।
आरोपी ने अपने शुरुआती २० के दशक में लड़की से बातचीत की और उसे एक पड़ोसी इमारत की छत पर ले गया। वहां, उसने उसे अनुचित तरीके से छूना शुरू कर दिया और उसे उसके साथ यौन संबंध बनाने के लिए मजबूर किया। जब लड़की ने आपत्ति की, तो उसने उसे अपने बालों से खींच लिया और छत की दीवार पर उसका सिर पीट दिया। वह अपना सेलफोन चुराकर मौके से फरार हो गया।
लड़की को माथे, पीठ और हाथों पर चोटों का सामना करना पड़ा लड़की ने घर पर अपने माता-पिता को यह घटना सुनाई। तुलिंग पुलिस ने भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा ३५४ (डी) (यौन उत्पीड़न), ३९२ (लूट), ३२३ (स्वेच्छा से चोट पहुंचाना), ५०४ (जानबूझकर अपमान) और ५०६ (आपराधिक धमकी), और पोक्सो अधिनियम की धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया। पुलिस ने आरोपी की तलाश शुरू कर दी गई है।
