Actor and model Milind Soman was recently spotted running nude on the beach of Goa. He shared his photo on Instagram and Twitter. Now an FIR has been registered against him in this case. Let me tell you that this photo was clicked by his wife and in its caption, Milind wrote – 55 and running case has been registered case Milind under section 294 of IPC and section 67 of IT Act at Colva police station. Explain that Section 294 is for indecent act and songs and Section 67 of the IT Act is against publishing and sharing obscene material in electronic form.
The complaint against Milind has been made by the Goa Suraksha Manch. After Milind shared a photo of him running nude and running on the beach, there were a lot of mimes about it on social media. People made fun of this photo shared by Milind by writing things ranging from gifting undergarments to hormones out of control.
Explain that before Milind, an FIR was also registered against Poonam Pandey for shooting nude in Goa. The complaint against Poonam was made by the Water Works Department of the government. After Poonam Pandey has got a bail in this case. Poonam Pandey, who was lodged in a five-star hotel in Sinkrim, North Goa, was detained by a team of Kalangut police on Thursday afternoon and handed them over to the Kanakona police later.
Superintendent of Police South Pankaj Kumar Singh said that Poonam Pandey was detained for questioning. A case was filed against her on Wednesday for obscenity during the shoot at Chapoli Dam in Kanakona city. Several residents of Cancona called for a shutdown in the city on Thursday, seeking action against police officers who allegedly provided security to Poonam and the team associated with the shoot. The Superintendent of Police later suspended Inspector Tukaram Chavan and a constable.
