A sensational incident of murder has come to light in Girgaon, Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra. VP Road Police: A 53-year-old man was allegedly attacked and murdered by a father and son. Police have arrested the accused father-son duo. The incident took place in Girgaum. A senior Mumbai Police officer said that the police have arrested two accused in this case. The inspection of the matter is going on.
According to the police, both the accused have been identified as Vikas Raut (53) and Vipul Raut (32). He is a resident of Girgaon. It is said that the accused father and son had an alleged fight with an elderly man over parking a bicycle inside a building complex, after which both the accused together beat the elderly man severely, due to which he died.
A police officer said that the name of the deceased is Mukesh Morajkar. He also lives in the same residential building. It is alleged that Vikas and Vipul told Mukesh not to park his bicycle inside the pump room of the society. Since, Mukesh used to park his bicycle in the pump room itself.
Therefore he was asked to remove the bicycle from there. This led to an argument and then a fight between the two parties. It is alleged that Vikas and Vipul hit Mukesh’s head on the wall due to which Mukesh became unconscious after getting badly injured. Local people admitted Mukesh to the hospital where doctors declared him dead.
A senior Police officer said that the police has arrested two accused in this case. The inspection of the matter is going on.
