Planning to buy a Kia car? Price hike alert!

If you are planning to purchase a Kia model in the coming times, this might just be the right time to make the purchase as Kia India has announced a price hike for its entire lineup, effective January 1, 2025. The increase, capped at 2 percent, comes as a result of rising commodity costs and supply chain challenges, according to the automaker. This adjustment will impact popular models such as the Seltos, Sonet, Carens, and Carnival, as well as its premium electric offerings, the EV6 and EV9.
Kia, which has sold 1.6 million vehicles in India and overseas markets combined, joins other automakers in implementing annual price revisions. The company’s diverse portfolio caters to a broad spectrum of buyers, and the upcoming hike may prompt those eyeing a Kia vehicle to finalize their purchases before year-end to avoid paying more.
