Mumbai: A month after a plumber died at an under-construction site at Kurla (west), the builder, Yakoob Shaikh, has been booked. The plumber, Badshah Goud (30), died after falling off the first floor on Nov 1. His brother, Raj, told the police that Badshah was consuming alcohol after which he fell off the building. A contractor allegedly discouraged workers from taking him to hospital since he was drunk. He died a day later. TNN
