Chandrashekhara Swami, seer of Vishwa Vokkaligara Mahasamsthana Mutt, made an impassioned plea while speaking at an event here to celebrate the birth anniversary of Kempegowda, widely regarded as the founder of Bengaluru and a demigod of the Vokkaliga community, to which Shivakumar belongs.
