Umiya Tubes, a Gujarat-based manufacturer of tubes and industrial pipes, has announced the resignation of Yash Joshi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 3, 2024.
Joshi cited his unwillingness to continue in his role, stating he wishes to pursue other opportunities, including potential higher studies abroad.
Additionally, Viral Deepakbhai Ranpura has been appointed as a Non-executive Non-Independent Director, effective immediately. Bhumika Vipulkumar Ranpara and Payal Divyangbhai Dhamecha have also been appointed as Additional Independent Women Directors for a term of five years.
Umiya Tubes will initiate the search for a new CFO in compliance with permissible time limits, marking a significant transition in its leadership team.
