Umang Dairies, a subsidiary of JK Foods, announced on Friday that Raghav Garg, its Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from his position, effective October 4, 2024.
Garg stated that he is stepping down to explore external opportunities.
The company has not yet announced its plans for appointing a new CFO.
Raghav Garg has an extensive background in finance, having previously served as CFO at Trident Group India and Pearl Global Industries. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from SCD Government College, Ludhiana.
